Adolescent/Teen Support Group for males and females ages 14-17
Group will be process oriented with focus on improving social skills and emotion regulation. Specific group topics will include peer pressure, health issues, interpersonal relationships, compulsive behaviors, coping skills, depression, substance use, assertiveness, boundaries and improving communication.
4 week commitment is required, $100 per month. First group begins May 9, 2007 at the Poway office. Please call (858) 279-1223 ext. 106 with referrals.
Adult Psychotherapy Group
Myel Joy, LCSW, Facilitates evening groups in our Mission Valley Office. These groups are designed to improve relationships and build healthy coping skills, with non-defensive communication. "A Clear mind doesn't suffer." Topics include relationships, addictions, transitions, self-esteem, emotional healing and more. These evening groups are ongoing.
